NAIROBI—We talked to married women about what they wish their husbands knew better. Here’s the list.

1. One word when it comes to chewing miraa…quit.

As we know most girls dont like guys who do drugs, especially chewing miraa or khat . That green foam on your mouth is just disgusting.

2.Girls need food, water, and compliments to survive. We love compliments. Even though make up is a waste of time, we still like to hear we look beautiful or amazing.

3. We love it when you take pictures with us. Girls  are very well known for their addiction for taking pictures so therefore they find it really cute when the guy they love  partakes in their photo session.

4. The first thing Ms. Right will look at is how close your relationship is with your family especially your, mother. If I learned anything in the past 21 years of my life, it is a man will treat you how he treats his mother. Nothing is sweater than a man that loves and respects the important women in his life. Tell her all the great things about your mom!

5. We LOVE Surprises! Surprises are one of the things  a guy can do to win a girl’s heart. Girls love surprises, they find  it very cute .Surprises such as ,unexpected visit, , chocolates ,perfumes, jewellery ,love letters and flowers, going out  on movies and on candle light dinners can really drive  a girl crazy and want to want you more.

6. Remember that anything you say can stay in our mind for a very long time. Men can be very forgetful sometimes but be careful to what you say to a girl coz she will remember it for a long time. So therefore don’t be surprised when a girl tells you she know and remembers what you told her on a certain date ,time and place.

7. Girls bring up old issues during a fight, not to hit you with a low blow, but because we remember it. Women have a better memory than men, and we just can’t help it. When we’re angry with our man, we can’t help but pour out all our frustrations at once. But we’ll also give you the cutest smile while making it up after a fight!

 8. We love it when you don’t change around us in the company of your friends. And don’t ignore us around them.

9.Do small things to let us know your thinking about us every once in awhile, because If you don’t text or call us we automatically think you don’t care. Keep in mind a woman will not waste time with someone who doesn’t make an effort to show any interest. It’s simply just a waste of time. This is how we see it… Don’t call means don’t care.

10. We love it when a guy shows his real feelings in front of anybody. It shows that am the One and Only.

11. Don’t cheat on us and if you do, just know that we will find out on the woman you are cheating us on. Just save us the drama and tell us the truth.

12. Text us first. We get nervous texting you first. We shouldn’t, but do love when the guy makes the first move.

13. Do not start with quarreling with us. We will win. Definitely.

14. We love it when you return favours. I compliment YOU, you compliment Me. I get you present, you get ME present. I cook for u, you come home earlier.

15. Women love shopping. They really do. So, once in a while, hold her hand and take her to the mall, and surprise her with trendiest Abaya.
