MANDERA—The immediate former head of Mandera Governor’s security detail passed on Monday evening at Kiambu, the deceased family said.
The death of Administration Police inspector, Adan Mohamed was confirmed by Mandera Governor, Ali Roba.
“I am deeply saddened by the tragic news of the passing on of the late Inspector Adan Mohamed. IP Adan was the immediate head of my security. Truly, we are all headed there sooner or later,” the governor said on a post to his Facebook.
“May the Almighty Allah forgive all his sins and admit his soul to Janatul Firdows. May He ease the pain the family is going through as they overcome the loss. We stand by you during this trying moment of your,” he added.
The body of the late Adan was buried at Langata Cemetery as per the Islamic teaching.
