The High Court in Nairobi has dismissed a petition challenging the election victory of Wajir North MP Ibrahim Saney (UDA) in last year’s General Election.
While delivering the ruling on Monday, Justice Reuben Nyakundi said the petitioner Ibrahim Ahmed (ODM) who lost in the election did not provide sufficient evidence to warrant the nullification of the election. Ahmed is the immediate former MP for the area.
