NAIROBI—Mandera North MP, Bashir Abdullahi has called for the immediate suspension of Huduma Mamba issuance in his Mandera North Constituency.
This is after the national government temporarily halted the issuance of I. D cards in Mandera to pave way for the Huduma Namba exercise.
Speaking in the Arabian Cuisine in Nairobi, where he attended the wedding ceremony of Alungu MCA, Yussuf Maalim, the MP said the the two exercise should be carried out concurrently adding that the ID card exercise is as important as the Hudama Namba exercise.
