Massare community endorse the incumbent to contest for Wajir East MP

BREAKING NEWS:

WAJIR—The Massare community in Wajir County have endorsed the incumbent legislator for Wajir East Abass Sheikh Mohamed alias KK.

The decision to endorse him was reached at after elders and delegates from Somalia, Ethiopia and several parts of the country met to strategise ahead of the 2017 elections.

The elders hinted at a possible alliance with a section of Fai clan that will surrender the Wajir East MP to the Massare clan.

Meanwhile, the Ogaden community in Wajir County have lately been discussing about the prospect of adding their name to the ballot for Wajir East seat.
