Over half-a-million people in Mandera on the verge of starvation, Governor says

MANDERA- While flagging off the second phase of the relief food meant for the drought-impacted victims in Mandera town on Saturday, Governor Mohamed Khalif said more people are on the brink of starvation due to the prolonged drought.
