MOGADISHU—Somali prime minister Hassan Ali Khaire today sacked three federal ministers and replaced them with three others.
The three ministers sacked held the ministerial dockets of foreign affairs, interior and trade.
Foreign minister Yusuf Garaad Omar is replaced by Ahmed Isse Awad, currently Somali ambassador to the US.
Interior minister and federalism Abdi Farah Juha is also substituted by Abdi Mohamed Sabriye, a telecom businessman.
Trade and industry minister Khadra Ahmed Duale is replaced by Mohamed Abdi Mareye, an MP.
