NAIROBI—The Supreme Court has granted the governor of Wajir County a new lease of life.
In a ruling on Friday afternoon, the court ruled in majority, retaining Mohamed Abdi Mohamud as the governor of Wajir County.
CJ Maraga and Justice Lenaola dissented while Justice Ibrahim, Justice Ojwang, Justice Njoki and Justice Wanjala ruled otherwise.
