Two dead in Eldas over Cholera outbreak
WAJIR—Cholera Outbreak in parts of Eldas Constituency has claimed two, several hospitalised.
The outbreak has affected Abdiwaqo location. It was also reported in Baraquqay area, a centre for refugees inhabited by drought-impacted victims.
Confirming the incident, the area MCA Yusuf Hussein said the county government has responded.
“Cholera Treatment Centres have since been set up,” the MCA told Kulan Post.
