Wajir County Assembly reopens with fistfights after two weeks recess
When the Assembly convened today two MCA’s started engaging in a fist fight interrupting house business which failed to take off.
Wajir County Assembly reopened today after two weeks recess. local political analysts say, Wajirians lips dwelled on impending impeachment of Majority Leader today, which was to be followed by the impeachment of the County Assembly Speaker and the Chief Whip.
When the Assembly convened today, two MCA’s started engaging in a fist fight interrupting house business which failed to take off.
The duo who fought are Barwaqo ward MCA who is the Chief Whip and Township MCA.
Journalist covering the event said they were assaulted by some of the MCAs
The House adjourned until the 24th April.
