[VIDEO] On Wednesday afternoon when the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Roads and Transport, Kipchumba Murkomen appeared before a plenery of the National Assembly to respond to queries on his docket, Mohamed Adow, the legislator for Wajir South Constituency tasked the CS to give specific timelines on when the tarmac road that stalled at Modogashe town will reach Wajir County, a distance of 50km.
“There’s a difference between bad roads and having no roads at all,” Adow observed amid unprecedented destruction of key road infrastructure due to the ongoing Elnino rains.
