KISMAYU—Suspected Al-Shabaab militants hurled a hand grenade inside a restaurant believed to be frequented by Kenyan construction workers in Dhobley town.
Security officials in the area said explosion injured four among the construction workers and two local residents.
Casualties were taken to Dhobley hospital for medication.
