GARISSA—At least three people have been confirmed dead at Kulan, Garissa after a police vehicle was hit by a landmine.
According to the police, the vehicle ran over an improvised explosive device before it went up in pieces.
It was not immediately clear if the victims are police officers or civilians.
Just last week, four people dead after vehicle belonging to a miraa dealer ran over an IED between Kulan & Liboi in Garissa county.
