Despite having encountered lots of hurdles along the journey, his enduring persistence has incredibly brought him to where he is today. He said he gained a valuable experience over his short stint serving the community. He hopes to make himself better as he anticipates in making the surrounding environment a better place for everyone.
“I reckon that the volunteer work has taught me a lot about what people actually go through as well as the vulnerabilities in the society—historical injustices and integration among various cultural backgrounds.

His determination to advocate for their rights is unparalleled. Adan seems to be a man with a great vision for his people. He portrays an innuendo of a young man brought up from the Mighty but in reality, his past is covered by a cloud on marginalization, aridity, insecurity.

His choice to work in the community as a servant, mentor, educator and life changer has been lauded by many as an exceptional trade in life. His endurance makes him reach far beyond his expectations and sees his people as a conveyor belt for betterment of the society and the environment we live in as well as achieve better governance.

During his stint in the corporate employment, he conducted himself with the demeanor of wanting to surprise those who don’t hold on to the notion of delivering, self-belief, patience, team work, hard work and creativity. His multifaceted outlook to issues in the society makes him a master of all of which he is very much committed and ready to make outstanding delivery against the odds.

He is privileged with a big heart, hence readily giving to the society with a lot of joy and dedication. To tighten up loose ends, he will never leave anything to chance. He has run a series of concurrent projects with which he never holds a notion of failure. He has extraordinary potential and energy on his job until he is completely done.

Failure in my opinion creates an opportunity for him for which he sees as a chance created to scoring goals. He has never looked short of pace and ideas, again has never failed to consult both the high and mighty and also the less fortunate. For the character and dedication accorded to his works in the community, he was awarded with the Eagle Award which was presented in a colorful ceremony held at Nairobi Windsor Hotel and Golf Club ground. Adan dedicated the awards to his lovely family and colleagues who have always stood by him as they shown unwavering faith and confidence not to mention the love they have over the time been showering him.
