Milimani High Court juged has upheld the election victory of Garissa Township member of Parliament, Aden Duale.
In his ruling, the judge dismissed the petition of Farah Maalim and slapped him with sh 3 million cost.
Farah Maalim said he would appeal the verdict at the Appeals Court.
”I respect the judgement of the Judge, they could be wrong but I will prove that they are wrong in the Court of Appeal,” he said.
K24 Tv has termed the Duale and Farah Maalim political duel as the most contested after the presidency due to the standing of the competitors.
